I accept Credit/Debit and HSA (Health and Savings Account) cards. I can also provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance agency. For details and questions, you can use the number on your card to call your insurance agency for reimbursement details.

3) Where can I scan or email my Superbill to receive reimbursement?
